Examination : Indian Law Society Entrance Exam


Eligibility : Candidates should have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination with atleast 45% aggregate marks(40% for SC/ST) from a recognised school to apply for admission.

Details : ILS(Indian Law Society) Law College conducts an admissionprocess for admission to its 5 year BSL program. ILS Law College is a premier law institute of India. It was established in 1924 by Indian Law Society. It has been accredited the A+ Level by National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) of University Grants Commission(UGC). It is one of the most favored institutes for law aspirants in India. Alumni from ILS Law College have gone onto occupy very high ranks in Indian Judiciary Services.
Admission to BSL Course of ILS Law College is open to students from all over India. BSL course is a 5 year integrated course. After completion of three years students get Bachelor of Socio Legal Sciences degree and after completing 5 years candidates also get LLB degree. Admission is based on merit of 10+2 marks or equivalent.

How to Apply:
Candidates can get the application forms directly from ILS Campus. The form can also be obtained by sending a request for the form to ILS Law College along with a demand draft. Candidates can also download the application form through the website www.ilslaw.edu.


Admission Procedure:
Candidates are selected on the basis of their performance in 10+2 Examination. Selected candidates are called for Interviews to verify the eligibility criteria and marks. Admission is only based on aggregate marks scored in the 10+2 examination and the interview is just a formality for verification purposes. There are different cut-offs for Students of Commerce, Science & Arts Stream as well as Maharashtra and Outside Maharastra candidates.
