Eligibility : Candidates who have cleared the Higher Secondary School Examination or equivalent with at least 50% marks in aggregate are eligible to apply.Candidates are required to be within 20 years of age. The age limit for SC/ST candidates is twenty two years as on 1st day of July, in the year of appearing examination.Candidates who have appeared for their final year examination may also sit for the test. | ||
Details : It is established by the Gujarat Government, Gujarat National Law University is situated in Gandhinagar. Formed under the Gujarat National Law University Act, 2003 it is situated within a few kilometers from Ahmedabad. Gujarat National Law University Entrance Test is primarily conducted for the admission of students to the 5 year integrated degree courses. Gujarat National Law University Entrance Test generally helds on the last week of May. Application Procedure: The application form for the entrance test is available online for the candidates to download. Forms can also be collected in person from any branch of the ICICI bank. The demand draft of Rs.850 should be drawn in favour of “Gujarat National Law University”, Ahmedabad. Candidates are selected according to their performance in the Common Law Admission Test. It is also popularly known as CLAT. A certain number of seats are kept reserved for the SC (15%), ST (7.5%), physically Challenged (3%) and Domiciled candidates in Gujarat (10%).
